Founder Bio

Why I started Sugori

I spent 18 years inside organisations that most consultants only advise from the outside.

At Procter & Gamble I managed Gillette, Oral-B and Tide across Central Europe — building the pricing architecture, brand strategy, and channel model that took the category to 65% market share. At Respect Energy I led a full brand transformation and commercial rebuild that took a near-invisible company to the 6th most recognised energy brand in Poland, in under three years, with five industry awards.

What I learned doing that work is different from what most consultants teach. Strategy is not a slide deck. Commercial architecture is not a framework. Execution is not a motivational problem. These are engineering problems — and they have structural solutions.
